This book is a 26 page electronic cookbook with vegan recipes for people with multiple food allergies. The recipes are free of the 10 common food allergens (wheat, gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, shellfish/fish, peanuts/tree nuts, and corn), and packed full of flavor and tailored for everyday cooking. Each recipe lists products by name I use, which we have found safe in our own home (Please do your own research to determine the food safety), to help people with product selection for their ingredients list. This cookbook contains a sampling of the recipes contained in the upcoming full cookbook release, from breakfast, soups and salads, and entrees, to sandwiches and wraps, and even a dessert. This product began out of my own journey with first discovery two food allergies, then my body pushing me to become vegetarian (and eventually vegan) and then three more food allergies, as well as a heightened sensitivity to sugar. My husband pushed me to put this out into the world so others could benefit from what we had created in our kitchen for us.
